Standard delivery time is 14-21 days

In peak periods such as big holidays etc delivery time may be extended up to 28 days. In that case, we will notify you and grant you an additional discount.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update. When the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID included in your shipping confirmation email into the official local post website. You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

NOTE THAT, due to COVID-19 and logistics factors connected with that, all paintings will be shipped from both Poland and China. The quality of materials and completeness of the kit will not differ and depend on the country of dispatch.
