Q: Can I use the payment method cash on delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by Stripe, so you can use a card without any worries. You can also always request a refund if something is wrong with your shipment.
Q: When will I be able to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery time for Collection Paint by Numbers is 6-8 days, for Custom Paint by Numbers is 9-11 days. In peak periods delivery time may be extended up to 14 days. In that case, we will notify you and grand you with additional discount.
Q: My discount hasn't been applied. What should I do to get it?
A: All promotion codes which are promised to you on our social networks or site should be 100% applicable. If you've noticed that something hasn't worked, please inform us and we will make sure that you've got what you've been promised.
